September 2011 Financial Report & Appeal

We are completing our first quarter of the church financial year (July-September 2011). We have much to praise the Lord for as well as continued challenges.

Tithe and Offerings can be mailed to Richardson Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1201 W. Belt Line Road, Richardson, TX 75038 or given as part of our worship to the Lord each Sabbath morning.

The budget for our local church & school ministries for the July 2011-June 2012 church year, as voted by our congregation, is based on receiving offerings of $378,000, or $31,500 per month. This includes offerings that are received for “Local Church Budget,” “North Dallas Adventist Academy Mortgage,” “North Dallas Adventist Academy Subsidy” and 70% of “Simple 10” offerings (40% for Local Church Budget and 30% which can be used for NDAA Mortgage).

In September these offerings received totaled $18,607.12, which was  $12,892.88 less than our monthly budget of $31,500. We’re asking our Financial Ministries Team to develop a plan to bring our financial situation back into balance as soon as possible. We’re praying that more members are consistently faithful in tithe and offerings and that we can carefully manage the local finances in a way that brings glory to God and maximizes our mission.

Here are details of the offerings received for Local Church & School Ministries–
